Power feeder (Industrial grade belt) with a constant speed of 15 feet per minute (constant speed on purpose, this way, all you need to know is the temperature required for a particular brand of tape and creates less confusion when machine is used by different operators).
Brushless motor, and an industrial grade, multi layer, rubber/fiber belt. The power feeder is installed with an angle toward the machine, and therefore pushed the incoming board against the pressure rollers.
Automatic, motorized flush trim for: top+bottom+ both ends of the board.
Technically advanced trimming by circular saw blades, not routers. No wood dust, no need for vacuum cleaners.
High tension spring loaded Top+Bottom guide wheels automatically self adjust the top+bottom flush trim blades according to thickness variation of the board.
Front & back are cut by a pair of electromagnetic blade set. The front always cuts flush. The back is adjustable. Changing materials such as plastic to wood or vise versa may create stretch in material, and back cut adjustment will be needed.
Hot air industrial grade production heater for pre-glued tapes of PVC, Polyester, Melamine, and wood veneer of up to 0.04" or 1.00 mm thick
